(rates are meant per day, per person, comprising B&B plan and for stays of at least 3 nights).

€ 1,50 tourist tax per day and per person not included.

DISCOUNTS: kids aged up to 3 years stay free – kids aged 3-6 staying with 2 adults enjoy a 50% discount (30% with one adult) – kids aged 7-12 get a 30% discount (15% with one adult)
adult staying in a third or fourth bed: -10%.

EXTRA FEES: double room for single use +40%.
 
CHECK IN: from midday.

CHECK OUT: by 10 am.

Residence’s Price List

from 360,00 € to1040,00 €

(rates are per week with departures and arrivals on Saturdays).

RATES INCLUDE:

• Use of apartment including kitchen equipment.
• Electricity, water and gas bills.
• Led TV.
• Wi-Fi.
• Exclusive (unattended) parking space.
• Washing machine.

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE::
- Tourist tax: € 0,50 per person per day.

DEPOSIT: € 200,00 which will be returned at the time of departure provided than the apartment has been cleaned and nothing misses.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: accommodation rates are per unit and for the number of persons, children included, indicated in the description.
The apartments cannot be accessed by a higher number of persons. Payments are to be made via a 25% advance payment at the time of the booking and the remaining amount will be paid upon the arrival.
The apartments will be available from around 3 to 7 pm on the arrival date and will have to be vacated by 10 am on the departure date.
